Zuqas Kitchen is a food business operating in Pakistan, providing freshly prepared meals and food items.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using our service under supervision.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via call or message

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • We accept payments via:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Bank Transfer
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within a limited time after placing (usually 10–15 minutes)
  • Once preparation has started, orders cannot be canceled

5. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver orders on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details
  • Zuqas Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

6. Food Quality & Responsibility

  • We ensure all food is prepared fresh and hygienically
  • Customers should consume food promptly after delivery
  • We are not responsible for issues caused due to delayed consumption or improper storage

7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order
  • Zuqas Kitchen will not be liable for allergic reactions if not informed in advance

8. Refunds & Complaints

  • Any complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
  • Refunds or replacements will be handled according to our Refund Policy

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and brand name “Zuqas Kitchen” are the property of the business
  • You may not copy, reuse, or distribute without permission

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting
